Tasting notes

A crisp and refreshing blonde beer, not too bitter with a subtle malted wheat biscuit taste.

Ginger Beer

Nowadays thought of almost exclusively as a soft drink, ginger beer was historically a beer brewed with ginger used in place of hops to counter the sweetness of the malt. Some Spiced Beers use ginger as a flavouring.
